The experience and expertise of some of the Triaster Consulting Team

Triaster engagements are led and delivered by senior analysts and management-system specialists with substantial real-world experience and deep quality expertise. Our clients are not passed between a rotating bench of consultants. We first understand the organisation, its operating environment and the outcomes it needs to achieve. We then assemble the right team for the engagement, drawing on carefully selected Triaster staff and trusted associate consultants.

Principal Consultants have at least 20 years experience in an internal or external business consulting role in the fields of Management Systems, Process Management and Improvement or related disciplines.
