Govern continuously

We keep your QMS accurate, governed and alive

A QMS does not stay useful by itself. We take ongoing responsibility for the disciplines that prevent drift.

How the service works

  1. 1

    Mandatory onboarding

Understand the organisation, establish responsibilities, confirm the governance model and prepare the service.

  2. 2

    Stabilise and bring current

Address priority gaps, outdated content, governance weaknesses and accumulated maintenance.

  3. 3

    Run the system with you

Manage review cycles, approvals, version control, content updates, reporting and continuing improvement.

What Triaster owns operationally

  • Running the review cycle and chasing overdue reviews.
  • Preparing and routing content for approval.
  • Version control and change traceability.
  • Updating content as systems, roles and regulations change.
  • Reporting on currency, coverage and outstanding actions.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities as they emerge.

What remains your responsibility

  • Management accountability for the quality management system.
  • Approval of process content by the accountable process owners.
  • Decisions on policy, risk appetite and priorities.
  • Providing access to the people who know how the work is done.
  • Leadership reinforcement of QMS use.

We operate the disciplines with you. Management accountability for a QMS cannot be outsourced, and we do not present it as though it can.

How the service prevents decline

Most QMS decline happens quietly after implementation, when maintenance competes with operational work and loses. A continuous service keeps that maintenance scheduled, owned and reported, so gaps are found while they are still small and governance decisions keep being taken rather than deferred.
