Honest about scope
A Sprint addresses one agreed area and is intended to demonstrate a practical improvement and a route forward. It is not an organisation-wide remediation or implementation programme.
Before you enquire
- Do we have to replace our existing QMS software?
- No. A Sprint is platform independent. We work with whatever QMS you already use, and Triaster software is never a prerequisite.
- What does EUR 3,495 plus VAT actually buy?
- Discovery and scoping, focused analysis of one pre-agreed area, one tangible improvement rather than diagnosis alone, a playback session, a short findings and recommendations document and a prioritised 90-day action plan.
- What if the agreed output is not delivered?
- Before work begins we agree the problem, the scope and the practical output in writing. If Triaster does not deliver that agreed output, we complete the agreed work at no additional cost.
- Can a Sprint fix everything?
- No, and we will not claim otherwise. Each Sprint addresses one agreed area. It is a practical proof point plus a credible route forward, not an organisation-wide remediation programme.
- When does the work happen?
- Delivery is scheduled by agreement and can run after September. It is the six fixed-price places that must be reserved during the campaign window.
