Six ways AI can improve your QMS

Most discussions about AI begin with the technology. A better starting point is the work you would genuinely like to improve. For EUR 3,495 plus VAT we make one practical improvement real, test its value and show you what to do next.

The six AI Sprints

One narrowly defined AI improvement, made real

Each Sprint produces a working improvement or tested prototype, evidence of its value and the controls it needs.

Sprint 1

AI Process Builder

"Creating and updating processes and procedures consumes too much time."

Use approved source material and practitioner input to create or improve one process or procedure, and establish a reusable human-review workflow.

Sprint 2

AI Failure Analyst

"Audits, nonconformances and CAPAs take too long to analyse or fail to reveal patterns."

Analyse one bounded evidence set, identify themes, possible causal relationships and questions for human investigation, and create a reusable analysis approach.

Sprint 3

AI Risk and Register Assistant

"Risk and register administration is repetitive and easily drifts."

Prototype one assisted workflow for capturing, classifying, reviewing or summarising items while retaining human approval and traceability.

Sprint 4

AI QMS Answers

"Employees struggle to find and interpret approved QMS information."

Create and test a controlled question-and-answer experience over one agreed information set, assessing answer quality, citations, gaps and guardrails.

Sprint 5

AI Quality Productivity

"Quality professionals spend too much time on repetitive drafting, summarising and administration."

Select one high-frequency task, create a working prompt, template or automation, measure time saved and document safe reuse.

Sprint 6

AI Quality Team Enablement

"The quality team wants to use AI but lacks confidence, shared methods or safe practices."

Assess current needs, deliver practical role-based training, build a starter toolkit and agreed experiments, and identify one priority pilot.

What every Sprint delivers

  • Initial problem, opportunity and security scoping.
  • Selection of one narrowly defined AI improvement.
  • One working improvement or tested prototype using the most practical approved route.
  • Evidence of likely time, quality, consistency or accessibility benefits.
  • A concise business case covering value, dependencies, risks and next steps.
  • A prioritised roadmap of further AI opportunities.
  • Handover of all reusable outputs created, subject to third-party licensing.
  • Playback and knowledge-transfer session.

Human control is part of the offer

This is not autonomous quality management. A named person reviews and approves consequential outputs, sources are visible, and known failure modes and operating boundaries are recorded.

Where the promise stops

The Sprint promises one useful, bounded improvement or prototype, not production deployment across an organisation. Integration, deployment, extensive data cleansing and bespoke development are scoped separately.

Evidence, not speculation

The selected task and its baseline effort are documented, review and correction time is counted, and the business case states its assumptions rather than presenting speculative benefits as facts.

Questions

Before you enquire

Is this about replacing quality professionals with AI?
No. Each Sprint shows where AI can accelerate work while maintaining ownership, review, approval, source visibility and professional judgement.
Can AI be used safely with our QMS information?
Security scoping happens before any customer information is used. The route may be your approved tools, a controlled prototype, sanitised data or a deployment plan where live implementation is not yet appropriate.
What do we keep afterwards?
You keep the reusable prompts, templates, configurations, examples and guidance created during the Sprint, subject to third-party licensing, plus the business case and roadmap.
Do we need Triaster QMS to take part?
No. The Sprint works with any QMS platform. Triaster QMS is one possible continuation route, never a prerequisite.
What if AI turns out to be the wrong answer?
We will say so. A well-evidenced 'not yet', with the preparatory work you genuinely need, is a legitimate and valuable outcome.

Which number would create the most value for you?

Tell us the application that interests you, or describe the concern you have about security, accuracy or control. Establishing whether the idea is safe and feasible is part of the Sprint.
